Royal Brackla Distillery
Originally named Brackla, the distillery was founded in 1817 and received its Royal Warrant in 1835, adding the prefix âRoyalâ to its name and becoming Royal Brackla. The distillery experienced a six-year-long mothballing during the 1980s whisky loch. However, since the 1990s the distillery has gone from strength to strength, even revitalising its core range in 2019.Â
Connoisseurs Choice
Arguably Gordon & Macphailâs most famous series, the Connoisseurs Choice range showcases a variety of single malts from every region in Scotland. The range was launched in the mid-1960s and remains a by-word for high quality single malts from distilleries such as Macallan, Ardbeg, and Port Ellen.Â
